The Railroad Day Foundation is planning another family fun day for the Third Saturday in July.
This year that's July 15th, and we'll have food, games, contests, a parade, antique cars, music all day with a concert in the park
and more celebrations of our Railroad heritage. Learn more here...

OUTDOOR BURN SEASON
Open burning is underway in Mineral County. Burn Permits will be required in Alberton starting May
1st. Obtain your Permit at the Town Hall (Mon-Thurs 9 - 3). Or call the Superior Ranger District at (406) 822-4233 and they'll
mail you a permit. All burners must call the Burn Hotline (406) 258-4900 for a "Go / No Go" on burn day. Large Burners: Please
notify the County Dispatch Office of your burn; call the non-emergency line at (406) 822-3555.
BURN PERMITS in MINERAL COUNTY Are Required on May 1st ! Always call the GO / NO GO HOTLINE at (406) 258-4900 before you burn. Be safe out there !
