The Town of Alberton is accepting sealed bids from qualified propane suppliers to provide propane fuel delivery, and tank and heater maintenance services for all town-owned facilities.
The successful bidder will be responsible for propane fuel delivery to all municipal buildings, annual inspection and maintenance of three (3) town-owned propane storage tanks, and annual inspection, cleaning, and tune-up of five (5) town-owned propane heaters.
The contract will be awarded for an initial one-year term, with the option to renew for up to two additional years based on performance.
Sealed bids must be physically received by the Town Clerk no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 1, 2026. Bids will not be accepted by email or fax. Late bids will be returned unopened.
